Reservations are held with credit card information via telephone at (403) 721-2173. Contact can be made via email, but telephone contact is required to make a booking.
A minimum of 2 nights stay required, and a minimum of 3 nights on any long weekend. (One night bookings may be accepted but are not guaranteed.)
A valid Driver's License must be provided at time of check-in.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Interac, or cash. Prices are in Canadian dollars and do not include the G.S.T (6%) plus other applicable taxes.
Guests paying with cash are required to provide credit card and valid Driver's License information; a copy of each will be taken.
We do not, at this time, book one night stays. If we have vacancy upon your arrival, we will gladly consider accommodating you.

If you provide us with 15 days or more from the date phoning to cancel, to the date of arrival, no charges will apply.
If you provide 14 days or less from the date phoning to cancel, to the date of arrival, and we can fill at least one of the booked nights, the above rule applies. (If we are unable to fill the booking, you will be charged the maximum rate for one night's stay.
Full payment including all taxes is due upon arrival.
Guests paying cash are also asked for a $100.00 per night damage deposit.
All transactions are final. No refunds, day's exchanges, or credits will be awarded.

Our advertised rates are not written in stone, and may change without notice; nor do they include the GST or other applicable taxes.

Our PEAK SEASON rates run from May 1st of each year, to and including September 30th.
Rates start at $130.00 + GST per night, based on double occupancy.

Our OFF SEASON rates run from October 1st of each year, to and including April 30th.
Rates start at $120.00 + GST per night, based on double occupancy.

Our HOLIDAY rates are in effect at Christmas from December 23rd of each year, to and including December 27th.
Rates start at $140.00 + GST per night, based on double occupancy.

Our NEW YEAR'S rates run from December 30th of each year, to and including January 2nd.
Rates start at $150.00 + GST per night, based on double occupancy.

Guests staying 3 nights or longer will save $10.00 per night
Guests staying 7 nights or longer will save $20.00 per night
Guests staying 14 nights or longer will save $30.00 per night
Guests staying 30 nights or longer will save $50.00 per night

Privacy
It is our earnest wish that you understand that your private information is treated as though it were our own. No unauthorized person will have access to it unless permission is expressly given by you in writing, to identify a designated proxy.

Property
Tudors is for our registered guests. We will strive to ensure their safety, security, comfort and privacy. The office must be informed immediately of any visitors who access the property.

* Unregistered persons found on the property will be asked to leave *
We will consider guests of registered guests if the cottages / cabins are completely occupied by one party / group.
All unregistered guests are asked to vacate by 11pm.

Tudors does not allow more than the posted number of guests in the cottages. We do not allow additional persons to stay on the property in tents, vehicles, or trailers. We do not permit the storage of said vehicles or any other materials of unregistered guests.

Cottage
Every effort is made to ensure our guests have clean, well-equipped accommodation on their arrival. Guests are asked to please leave the premises as they found them, and do the daily upkeep as we do not provide a maid service. Guests staying 7 days or longer will have fresh linens every 4 days.

We understand that sometimes life throws us all a wobbler. If you have a spill or a mess which you can't clean; please notify the office, as we will have a better chance of lifting the stain, then and there. My special solution is pretty good, but it even has limits; so no worries, just let us know.

Dishes should be properly cleaned and dried before being placed back in the cupboard.

* $20.00 will be charged to your credit card if staff are required to wash dishes. *

Our cottages are non-smoking; ash trays and butt cans are provided on the decks. If professional cleaning is required, your credit card will be charged for all expenses incurred.

Damage to, or excessive cleaning of the cottage will result in a minimum charge of $200.00 billed to your credit card.

All children, (persons under the age of 18) are to be supervised at all times, by parents or legal guardians whilst at Tudors.

Access to other cottages and/or building areas is not permitted unless accompanied by management.

If the use of oils, creams, and/or ointments permanently stains anything, inside or outside the cottage, you will be charged.

Noise Bylaw
It requires all guests to respect the quiet hours from 11pm to 7am (radios, CDs too.)

Check-In/Out
Check-in time is between 4:00 pm and 10:00 pm; if you are going to be later please phone ahead.

Check-out time is no later than 11:00 am.

Guests are asked to provide an E.T.A.

Extra Nights
Guests having paid and stayed who require additional nights will be charged the same amount as their previous night's stay.

Acts of God can, and do, happen. We apologize if the power is out / off. We will provide candles, extra blankets, and strive to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
A maximum of $20.00, including all applicable taxes, will be awarded if the power is continually out / off for longer than a 5 hour period.
If the power is out / off between 12am and 5am, the $20.00 refund does not apply.

Please be advised that Tudor Country Cottages would kindly ask our clientele not to bring the following items because they may conflict with either existing health and safety issues or with our own in-house policies.

At this time, we don't allow pets, sorry.
No sleeping bags or blankets (we will allow your special pillow)
For cots or hide-a-beds use only fresh linens or linens from Tudors.
No unregistered persons may use the cottage facilities of a registered guest without prior notice and permission
No personal candles - we have tea lights and a scented candle provided
No paintball equipment of any kind
No drugs, equipment or the like there of.
No chainsaws or other cutting tools (ie. Axe) are to be used by guests while on the property.
Guests using ATVs are asked to remain on the roads / parking areas.
Fireworks are allowed; the management must be notified, and present, when setting fireworks off.
Please do not climb trees or climb on the rock walls on the property; you might slip, hurt yourself, or damage something.
No deep fat fryers, including pots of oil, are to be brought or used in the cottage or outside.
Guests are asked to clean up their garbage outside their cottage, as it may attract some unwanted wildlife.
Guests are asked to deposit garbage in the main "bin" located at the manager's suite.

The owners and management want you to enjoy your stay at Tudors as our guests. We would like to facilitate each and every guest's wishes within the rules. Lewd, noisy partying is not permitted and guests who engage in such behavior will be asked to leave;
no refunds, no chances, no exceptions!
